George R. Suslak is a partner at Suslak & Mountain. He has been practicing law in Massachusetts for over thirty years. Mountain, a partner at Suslak
& Mountain, has been a licensed attorney in Massachusetts since 1994. An
experienced trial lawyer, Chris has tried dozens of civil
cases in both the Massachusetts District Courts and Superior Courts.
Chris successfully argued before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts
(SJC) in 2006 that parties have a right to a jury trial in cases brought
pursuant to M.G.L. c. 90, sec. 34M. Chris focuses his expertise in insurance
defense, including the 2014 filing of an amicus brief with the SJC on behalf of
three national insurance associations.
Chris spent the first three years of his legal career working as a casualty adjuster at Metropolitan Property & Casualty Insurance Company, where he learned all facets of insurance defense. Chris is a graduate of Matignon High School, Clark University, and The University of Akron School of Law, cum laude. Dennis Flynn is an associate at Suslak & Mountain. He has been practicing law in Massachusetts for over thirty years. He is a graduate of St. John's Prep, Williams College, and Suffolk University Law School. Dennis has an extensive legal background in real estate conveyancing including representation of buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential as well as commercial transactions. Dennis also handles zoning matters, having appeared before local planning and zoning boards. His practice includes appearances in District Court, Land Court, Probate & Family Court, and the Massachusetts Appellate Division. Dennis also handles estate planning matters including drafting wills and establishing appropriate trusts.
